With strong roots in summer camps and youth-serving organizations, I support camps through staff certifications, safety training, and program development. Whether you’re preparing for the summer season, onboarding new staff, or strengthening existing programs, I work with you to create training experiences that are practical, compliant, and camp-centered.

Don’t meet the minimum enrollment?

That’s okay.

If your camp doesn’t have enough participants to meet a course minimum, reach out anyway. I frequently combine staff from multiple nearby camps or add your team to an existing course when possible.

This is especially helpful for smaller camps or specialty programs.

Certifications & Staff Training

I offer the following on-site certifications and trainings, designed specifically for camp environments:

🩺 CPR / First Aid Certification

  • American Red Cross–approved
  • Adult, child, and infant CPR
  • Ideal for counselors, leadership staff, and year-round employees
  • Meets ACA and state licensing requirements

🛟 Lifeguard Certification

  • American Red Cross Lifeguard + Waterfront
  • For pools, lakes, ponds, and waterfront programs
  • Available for pre-season, mid-season, or recertification needs

🏹 Archery Certification

  • USA Archery Level 1 Instructor Certification
  • Focus on range safety, equipment handling, and age-appropriate instruction
  • Ideal for camps launching or formalizing an archery program

🤝 Team Building

  • Cooperative games and problem-solving initiatives
  • Staff training, leadership development, and community building
  • ACCT-informed facilitation style

Additional Camp Support

In addition to certifications, I also support camps with:

  • Games & Songs (staff training or program enrichment)
  • CIT / LIT / Internship Program Design
  • Program Planning & Special Events
  • ACA Accreditation Organization & Preparation

These services can be booked independently or alongside certification courses.

Logistics & Travel

  • Based in Medford, Massachusetts
  • Willing to travel to your camp
  • Camps provide room and board when applicable
  • Mileage billed at the federal rate (round trip from Medford, MA)
